FOR PARENTS

Support for Your Child. Guidance for You.

When your child is struggling, it can be difficult to know how to help. You may notice changes in their mood, behavior, or confidence and want to support them, but aren't always sure how.

you don't have to do this alone

WHAT I OFFER

I provide a safe, supportive space where children and teens can express themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy ways to navigate their emotions.

Through mental health informed coaching, I help young clients better understand what they're feeling and learn tools to manage challenges with greater ease.

MY EXPERIENCE

My work with young people extends across multiple settings. I've served as a teacher working with students in special education, as well as a mental health coach supporting middle school, high school, and college students.

This experience allows me to understand not only emotional challengesbut also the academic, social, and developmental pressures children and teens face today.

WHAT I HELP WITH

I support children and adolescents experiencing:

  • Anxiety, worry, or school-related stress

  • ADHD and difficulty focusing

  • Emotional outbursts or difficulty regulating emotions

  • Low self-esteem or lack of confidence

  • Social or communication challenges

  • Life transitions or stressful experiences

MY APPROACH

My approach is warm, engaging, and age appropriate creating a space where your child feels seen, heard, and understood.

Sessions are designed to meet your child where they are, while gently guiding them toward greater confidence, emotional awareness, and growth.

COACHING CLARIFICATION

While my background as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist informs my work, the services provided here are coaching-not therapy.

Your child doesn't have to navigate this alone-and neither do you.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT

This is a collaborative process. As a parent, you'll also receive:

  • Insight into your child's emotional needs

  • Practical tools to support them at home

  • Guidance on communication and connection

  • Ongoing support throughout the process

Because when a child is supported, the family shifts.
